Sub in the Sea

Welcome to your most immersive underwater submarine simulator!               (if you have never before played a game featuring a submarine)

This game is a little project I build for the #SEAJAM game jam. Normally I don't participate in game jams, but because it's for a good cause (and the generous 30-day time window) I decided to participate.

About the Game:

Basically, you're having a nice vacation until you see the poor condition of the lake. So you decide to clean the lake yourself. To do this you have a nice little orange submarine, but the twist is: you have to use a rope with a hook, attached to your submarine to collect trash. (sorry, that was the best idea I had)

In this game you explore the lake, collect trash, collect upgrades that unlock more stuff to explore. And that's it. The game is very short. (15 - 45 minutes max). But I hope you all still enjoy the game.

How to Play:

• You move / navigate menus with WASD (ENTER / SPACE to select an option)
• Collect trash / upgrades with your hook and then touch it with your submarine (by swinging the rope)
• You have 5 (in game) days to collect all the trash and upgrades
• The game ends if you have collected everything or all 5 days are over

Edit: 

With the new "SubInTheSeaFixed" version, a few minor issues have been fixed:

• Power up counter now counts correctly
• The drumroll sound at the end is no longer being started over again every frame
• Added percent symbol to the completion percent number
• Repositioned and removed a few checkpoints
• Added the option to end the game if you have everything collected
